2009Suicide bombers strike Jakarta hotelsTwin attacks on Marriott and Ritz-Carlton kill nineSuicide bombers linked to Jemaah Islamiyah attacked the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels in Jakarta within minutes of each other, killing seven victims plus the two bombers. Dozens more were injured. The attack was Indonesia's first major terrorist bombing since 2005.
